When he was in the hospital recovering, Dad still had that same crazy independent determination he's always had. I remember just after I snapped this while he was getting cleaned up for the first time in days, I got this really good feeling he was going to be allright.
Dad is cancer free today...and also, 70 years old. Happy birthday, Pops.

Slowly getting caught up on some blog reading and ready this and smiled. I remember when you went through all this, and I am so glad he's well. Go Dad!
